Errata

The Editorial Team makes every effort to avoid errors in publishing the journal, but these do sometimes occur. We recognize our responsibility to correct errors that we have published and aspire to do so in a manner that contributes to collegial discourse among scholars. We do not distinguish among types or sources of error - an error is simply an error. It is our policy to make corrections as quickly as possible, and to clearly identify corrected PDF files or metadata as such. Peer Review Process

All submissions to AXIS Sections I and II are peer-reviewed using a double-blind process (author and reviewer identities are not disclosed to each other). Reviewers are not compensated.  Each submission is reviewed by at least two reviewers, one of whom is a member of the Editorial Board. Every effort is made to provide reviewers from institutions other than the author's. See guidelines for Authors and Reviewers.

Authors receive written confirmation of submission, and of the publicaiton decision within two months of submission. Ratings and comments are aggregated by an AXIS Associate Editor and then forwarded to the author, with specific notice that the submission is accepted or declined for publication.

The Editorial Board is committed to sustaining a diverse body of reviewers who collaborate with authors to disseminate new work, and also with the Editor to ensure that the published scholarly and creative works meet the highest standards of quality.

AXIS will publish two collections annually, June and December. Each year's publications will constitute a volume, and each volume will have two issue numbers. Editors reserve the right to occasionally restrict an issue to a coherent theme that reflects and serves the shared educational mission in Lasallian Catholic higher education.
